Ladena Lichliter was a member of WICKED at the same time of Chancellor John Michael, Katie McVoy, and Randall Spilker, whom she seemed to be very close with. They both disagreed with the Flare's creation, created by McVoy, and forwarded by Chancellor Michael, and tried to turn the other members of the organization against it. So, Ladena wrote in an email that more than the half of them agreed with.
Two years later, Ladena met Teresa and brought her to meet Thomas located at the WICKED Headquarters.
